The spa area at the Allgäu Residenz offers the opportunity to relax when the weather throws a spanner in the works. Our pool, which is one of the larger hotel pools in the Allgäu, has 3 different depths. This also makes it easy to let toddlers and children splash around in the water. For the older ones there is no 25 m pool available, but a few swims are also possible. If the weather permits, you can enjoy our Allgäu on the sun terrace, otherwise there are plenty of lounging options around the pool.
Awaken your spirits by swimming in the heated pool, strengthen your immune system with sauna sessions or enjoy the warmth of our heated loungers in the salt cave. With our Finnish-style dry sauna, bio sauna, steam room, infrared sun loungers, and wave pool, you will find the wellness program that best suits your needs.

Our saunas
- Finnish sauna (90°)
High temperatures and the refreshing alternating bath with ice-cold water make the Finnish sauna a favorite of experienced sauna-goers.
- Herbal sauna (60°)
Essential oils and the tangy aroma of fresh mountain herbs revitalize the mind and body. At the same time, the skin and respiratory tract are gently cleansed.
- Steam sauna
The steam bath is probably the most original form of sweating. The high humidity creates amazing effects even at lower temperatures.

Your way to vacation
The location of our holiday resort in Wiggensbach is ideal for exploring the southern Allgäu and its mountains. Embark on day trips to the Allgäu Alps, explore the orchards around Lake Constance, or visit the local attractions in the area. Historic cities like the Allgäu metropolis of Kempten with its Roman origins, Füssen with the castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, as well as Memmingen, Lindau, and Ravensburg, are all less than an hour’s drive from our wellness hotel.
